CJMH LTD works both with private landlords county wide and letting agencies to ensure this yearly legal requirement when renting a property containing any gas appliances, is completed on time using yearly diary system which automatically reminds us of the requirement dates. Discounts are offered for annual servicing and inspection is conducted at the same time and discounts offered to Estate Agents for multiple yearly repeat business. We also assist house buyers or sellers with necessary gas safety inspections of appliances where required.
